Forgiveness is rarely simple. Whether you're working through disagreements with someone else or quietly trying to make peace with yourself, it can be one of the most tender and courageous things we do.

I have just published a new Reiki & Crystals YouTube Video and an accompanying blog post — 6 Healing Crystals of Forgiveness — exploring the six beautiful stones that can support you on that journey. Each crystal offers something a little different and include malachite, aquamarine, rhodonite, chrysoprase, opalite and rose quartz.

More than a video, this is an experience. Whether you make time to lay still and be present for the healing or if you just want to fill your home with great vibes and chill music while you go about your afternoon, you'll be grateful you did.

Student & Grad Reiki Shares: Upcoming Dates & Times

All of my Reiki students-regardless of what level or how long ago you studied-are welcome!

We start things off with a 15-20 minute guided self treatment followed by open Q&A. We'll then split in to break out groups to trade sessions, checking in with one another half way through. We'll close the event with more Q&A and a gratitude reflection.

Contributions accepted, not required (suggested $5-15).
