Summer plans are packed schedule of fun in the Sun with quite a bit of travel. The much needed break from regular life, a chance to reconnect with loved ones...it's what we craved through the colder months. Even so, they can quite ironically leave you with little time for yourself. If you have ever felt you needed "a vacation from your vacation", you know what I mean! I'm here to help you make the most of these exciting but jam-packed warmer months with some always needed self-care.

Reiki & Crystals Livestream

Finally returned from my health hiatus, I'm so excited to relaunch the Reiki and Crystals Livestream on YouTube!

How do they work?

We get started at 8pm as I take healing requests from folks in the live chat. Together, we build a crystal grid to serve everyone's needs. I explain each stone thoroughly, allowing you to learn even more about our Earthy healing allies.

Just over an hour in, I explain a little of what Reiki is, how it works and give you plenty of suggestions for making the most of your session. While I'm talking shop, the chat makes a gratitude list to help set some upbeat energy ahead of the session. Finally I que up some relaxing music and send distance Reiki to you, wherever you are in the world, while the crystal grid fills your screen with beauty.

Drop in from your TV, computer or mobile device. You needn't be punctual, we'll be there when you're ready. And if you miss a stream you can always watch the recording. I promise, the Reiki is still palpable.

The best part? It's totally free and takes place twice a week-Fridays and Sundays at 8pm East Coast US time.
